O R D E R:-

In the reference read above, the Registrar, High Court of Andhra

Pradesh, has requested to take the services of fourteen 14 Data Entry

Operators on outsourcing basis for the purpose of entering of the case details

in the computers of A.P. High Court constituted at Amaravati.

2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord

permission to take the services of Fourteen (14) Data Entry Operators on

outsourcing basis for a period of one year or until the work assignment is

completed.

3. The expenditure on the out sourced personnel shall be met from the

High Court Budget under the Head of Account “300-Other contractual

Services.

4. The Registrar, High Court of Andhra Pradesh shall take necessary

action accordingly keeping in view the guidelines issued vide

G.O.Ms.No.151, Finance (HR.I-Plg.& Policy) Department, dated: 08-08-2016.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide

their U.O.No.FMU0ASD(HCL)/126/2019, dated 19-07-2019.
